The sound-absorbing and noise reducing sand coating belongs to the type of porous sound-absorbing material, which has good sound absorption performance because the coating has a large number of small pores and holes that are connected inside and outside. When sound waves are incident on the surface of the coating, they enter the interior of the coating material through the pores, causing vibration of air molecules in the pores. Due to the viscous resistance of air and the friction between air molecules and pore walls, sound energy is converted into heat energy and lost, achieving the purpose of sound absorption and noise reduction. The fire-resistant and non combustible polymer sand coating has a fire-resistant performance of Class A. The main raw materials of the product are natural sand and quartz sand, which are composed of inorganic materials. Therefore, it does not burn and does not produce any harmful gases or smoke to the human body. 
The anti light pollution sand coating uses inorganic mineral pigments for color matching, with soft colors. Product scope of application:

Construction instructions: 
The construction of this product is divided into four steps: base treatment, coating application, effect technology, and open topcoat. The final coating effect is implemented according to the construction video technology of the selected product. Please request the construction technology from the product supplier and carefully read it before construction. 
Construction precautions: 
1. Before construction, please ensure that the base layer is flat, firm, has bearing capacity, dry, and does not peel or peel off, and has undergone sufficient base maintenance pre-treatment; 
2. Construction is not allowed under conditions of relative humidity ≥ 90%, low temperature ≤ 0 ℃, and high temperature ≥ 45 ℃; 
3. Before using this product, it must be thoroughly stirred and no more than 5% pure water is allowed to be added. During construction, the bucket lid should be tightly closed to prevent drying and skin formation; 
4. Products of different batch numbers cannot be applied to the same wall or ceiling to prevent color difference. To achieve better results, it is recommended to use a one-time overall construction area of ≤ 100 square meters. Tools must be cleaned thoroughly during finishing, and wet towels should be used to wipe each finishing before proceeding. 
Usage conditions: Base conditions: moisture content ≤ 10%, pH value: 7-9, temperature: 5-35 ℃, flat and firm, no pollution, environmental conditions: temperature: 5-35 ℃, air humidity ≤ 85%, avoid use in rain, snow, frost, fog, strong winds and direct sunlight. 
Storage conditions: Storage height ≤ 4 layers, dry and ventilated place at 5-35 ℃, avoid direct sunlight and store in a cool, frost free place, sealed. 
Storage shelf life: 12 months from the date of leaving the factory in unopened original packaging 
Transportation conditions: Non dangerous goods can be handled as general cargo, and it is recommended to use box trucks for winter transportation.
