AGG acoustical coating is a kind of coating with high temperature resistance, high viscosity and formaldehyde free, which is formed through the AGG acoustical polymerization technology. After physical fusion of aluminate bonding particles with a diameter of only 50nm and modified polyethylene lotion, the coating is heated and pressurized in a reactor for 120 minutes to fully fuse the two materials.

AGG acoustic decorative coating can be attached to various basic materials to achieve seamless acoustic effects. This system has extraordinary acoustic performance, rich colors, beautiful curves, lasting stability, and perfect spatial integrity and surface texture, giving architectural spaces an elegant and fresh visual effect and comfortable and pleasant acoustic effect, providing highly creative solutions for different needs. The material meets the A-level non combustible standard and E1 environmental protection level of China Building Materials Fire Protection Testing Center.

installation process
There are two installation methods for AGG transparent sand coating: spraying and plastering processes. The plastering process has a smooth and clean surface; Exquisite and delicate; Durable and washable; Maintain the aesthetic and performance standards of seamless acoustic materials, suitable for flat surfaces. The spraying process has a sandblasted texture on the surface; A bold and unrestrained style; Easy to shape surface treatment, high hardness, rich texture; Fast construction speed and high efficiency.
construction process
1. Joint treatment: After the installation of the sound-absorbing substrate is completed, 933 building adhesive is used to fill the joints between the sound-absorbing substrate boards, and joint gypsum is used to cover the joint mesh cloth between the board joints for anti cracking treatment.
2. Leveling treatment: After the joint gypsum, inner corner, and outer corner treatment areas are completely dry, leveling treatment can be carried out. Leveling work is divided into two steps: the first step is to fully scrape a layer of sound transmitting mortar with a thickness of about 1-2mm, which is used to cover the uneven color of the bottom layer. The drying time is about 24 hours (temperature 25 ℃, relative humidity less than 60%); After the covering layer dries, proceed to the second step of scraping a layer of sound transmitting mortar with a thickness of about 1mm, which is used for large-scale leveling; Please note that the sound permeable mortar in the barrel needs to be stirred thoroughly and evenly before scraping and coating,
3. Spray layer: First, mix the AGG transparent sand surface layer material evenly with an electric hammer to form a paste like fabric. Use an air pump and a spray gun (a regular spray gun is sufficient) for spraying. Spray 2-3 times with an average thickness of about 1mm each time, and the interval between each spray should not be less than 6h. The total spraying thickness is
About 2-3mm. The spraying technique should be uniform and not stacked. The distance and air pressure maintained by the spray gun should be consistent, and the discharge flow rate should also be the same
4. Smearing layer: Use a stainless steel trowel to apply. Apply 2-3 times, and wait for the previous coat to air dry (usually around 12-24 hours) before proceeding to the next coat. The thickness of each coat should be controlled at around 1 millimeter, and the total thickness should be controlled at around 2mm. Surface scraping and finishing once
Do not apply repeatedly to avoid increasing thickness and causing poor flatness.
