The raw materials are made of high-quality ultrafine glass fibers, which are processed by advanced dry processing technology. The fibers are sprayed out by a centrifuge and directly pressed under high pressure by a press machine. The surface is covered with decorative fiberglass felt with decorative properties. The installation adopts baked paint keel, and the edge shape is determined according to the design requirements (see picture). It is included in the National Building Standard Design Atlas "Special Atlas of Building Product Selection Technology". The China Academy of Building Standards Design and Research issued the "Technical Selection of Building Products" in 2011.

Material properties:
1. Fiberglass ceiling fire rating A2;
2. Acoustic requirements: NRC: ≥ 0.8, surface is sprayed flat without dots.
3. Environmental performance requirements: free from harmful and toxic substances such as lead, mercury, naphthalene, asbestos, etc., odorless, in compliance with national E1 level environmental protection requirements, and free of radioactive substances;
4. Excellent waterproof and moisture-proof performance, high temperature resistance, and will not deform, sink, swell, twist, or curl due to environmental moisture;
Installation instructions:
According to the design, draw lines on the surrounding walls and mark the position of the suspension rod;
Draw a line and mark the position of the suspension rod;
Install edge keels along the wall, with a fixed point spacing of no more than 600mm;
Install suspension rods along the elastic line and connect them with load-bearing keel hangers and load-bearing keels;
Install painted keel below the load-bearing keel;
Install sound-absorbing panels;
Near the wind outlet, a windproof clip needs to be added for fixation.
Note: The distance between the main keel, main keel suspension components, and the wall surface can also be determined according to design requirements
