The fibers are sprayed out by a centrifuge and directly pressed under high pressure by a press machine. The surface is covered with decorative fiberglass felt with decorative properties. The installation adopts baked paint keel, and the edge shape is determined according to the design requirements (see picture). It is included in the National Building Standard Design Atlas "Special Atlas of Building Product Selection Technology". The China Academy of Building Standards Design and Research issued the "Technical Selection of Building Products" in 2011.

1. Environmental performance
The raw materials are made of high-quality ultra-fine fiberglass, which does not contain harmful or toxic substances such as lead, mercury, asbestos, etc., and has no odor.
2. Fire resistance performance
Using fiberglass and basalt mineral fiber as substrates, the non flammability of the substrate determines superior fire resistance, and does not produce toxic gases or odors
3. Sound absorption performance
When sound is incident on the surface of a material, sound waves will pass through the surface and enter the interior of the material. Due to the viscosity and frictional resistance generated by air movement, sound energy gradually converts into heat energy and is consumed, thereby producing sound absorption effect
4. Anti impact and anti sinking
The surface of the soft package is made of fiberglass cloth, and the interior of the flame-retardant fiber cloth product is a highly elastic substrate, so the surface can withstand a certain degree of impact without deformation, nor will it deform due to humid environments, such as swelling, twisting, and curling.

Installation instructions:

According to the design, draw lines on the surrounding walls and mark the position of the suspension rod;

Draw a line and mark the position of the suspension rod;

Install edge keels along the wall, with a fixed point spacing of no more than 600mm;

Install suspension rods along the elastic line and connect them with load-bearing keel hangers and load-bearing keels;

Install painted keel below the load-bearing keel;

Install sound-absorbing panels;

Near the wind outlet, a windproof clip needs to be added for fixation.

Note: The distance between the main keel, main keel suspension and the wall can also be determined according to design requirements.
